Office of the Dean of a Clinical School

The Council of the University of Melbourne created the positions of Deans of the University's Clinical Schools at its affiliated hospitals.

The duties of the Deans of Clinical Schools were to oversee and administer a course clinical training in medicine. More recently their role has extended to pastoral care.
